Antimima ventricosais aboriginal toSouth Africa . It occurs from Hondeklip Bay in the Northern Cape to Clanwilliam in the Western Cape , growing on rock outcrops .
Antimima ventricosais a small , compact succulent shrub with basally branched radical and thick , fleshy , moderately fused leaves , resembling a metal money ofCheiridopsis . It can acquire up to 4 inches ( 10 cm ) tall . The leaves are grizzly - green , papillate , triangular in crossbreeding - section , measure out up to 4.8 in ( 12 cm ) long and 0.5 column inch ( 1.3 cm ) thick .
