The University of Windsor announced a local partnership to advance agricultural enquiry , development , and instauration in the Windsor - Essex region during the Canadian Greenhouse Conference ( CGC ) .

The University of Windsor and Horteca , a joint speculation of JEM Farms and Ecoation , will establish and run a two - Akka fully operational innovation nursery for research , proof - of - concept designing , and partnership opportunities with industry and community mate .
