Our chick got young bed clothing this calendar week . Now , theirbrooderfloor is covered with shavings . At first , mummy cover the floor of their brooder with buddy-buddy , low-down - nap towels . When she does , she frame the chicks in a freestanding box and work quickly , so they are n’t away from their heat lamp very long .
