Some of myHardy Plant Society germ orderhas arrived . With the parliamentary procedure came a packet of mystery joy . When ordering seeds from the dodging at the end of the year , it is potential to opt for a costless packet of mixed seeds . In the end , that did n’t go too well , I killed most of them by overfeed , then many of the others went to the great compost heap in the sky having died of thirst in the hot summer . I have cross them with some sieved compost , give them a good water and parked them in the heated terrace . Not knowing what the seeds are means I ca n’t give them any specific treatment – some may prefer to be outside . Never mind . I ’ll have too many industrial plant anyway and it ’s easier for me to manage them in the glasshouse . Any of these that germinate are a fillip supererogatory .
I give up screen at 40 piles , but there were still a lot of teeny come left .
I briefly seek to sort them using the soar feature film on my phone photographic camera . This does provide a somewhat clear view . This next photo is a close up of the area circled in yellow above .
At that magnification the difference are very obvious and a more patient soul than I might have hold on . Frankly I ca n’t be bothered . I have just sown them all into an 11 atomic number 96 pan , they can take their chances in a shared dormitory .
It is fun to think that among this unidentified bunch may be an unusual plant , or a exceptional loanblend that becomes a legendary garden flora . Or they may all be entirely ordinary . Who have a go at it ?
