Glass mesmerism : Chilled Coupe
Have you ever stand beneath a blossoming citrus fruit tree diagram , breathed in that foolhardy scent and wish you could bottle it up ? We ’re going to do that and mix it with some frozy ( yes , I said frozy ) white wine . Do you have to have real orangish blossoms to make this cocktail ? Nope . Not in the slightest . Is it extra coolheaded if you have them and habituate them to make a magnificent simple syrup ? Why , yes ; yes , it is . But you will get by just o.k. without .

Freeze wine into cubes in the lead of time , allowing at least 4 hours to in full freeze .
come in wine-colored frappe cubes , chilled vino , Orange Blossom Syrup , and elderflowerliqueur in liquidizer and blend until bland .
Divvy up mixture among four chilled coupe glasses . Garnish with orange blossoms or other edible heyday .
Orange Blossom Syrup
Servings : makes3⁄4cup
coalesce water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium - mellow heat .
Bring just to a boil , lower heat , add either orange blossom petal or orange blossom water , and simmer for 5 minute .
take out from heat and set aside to cool .
Strain away flower petal from mixture ( if applicable ) , and stash away in an airtight container in the electric refrigerator for up to 2 weeks .
