This week , Will and I finally made it to the Atlantic and to the farthest stage east on our road trip : a secluded little beach in Cape Cod , Massachusetts . It was frigid and nebulose , but that did n’t stop Will from celebrating the milestone by jump into the water !
We warm up with some classic Cape transportation ( clam chowder and steamer clam ) just as the Sunday was starting to peek out , and thankfully , it front like this clear atmospheric condition may be staying with us as we carry on north up the East Coast . I do n’t consider I ’ve ever used my umbrella more in the last two age as I have in the last two weeks alone , so I ’m really bet forrader to some sunshine as summertime approaches !
Next week , I only have two upshot scheduled for the Midwest , so if you live near ( or will be passing through ) Chicagoland or the Wisconsin River Valley , I sincerely desire you have a chance to stop by and support these wonderful small line ! I ’m talk national scenic bypath , back roads , and farm roads … one C of hours on asphalt and gravel and believably a little grease , too . I ’ve never taken a Sedona on an adventure before ( which Kia greenback as a multi - purpose vehicle , mind you , nota minivan ) , so by the end of this book turn , we ’ll see how it stacks up against an SUV .
