One of the first flowers to come forth in late wintertime and early spring are wild violet . We get them all over our backyard , so finding them is pretty well-situated !
Since we have so many , I decided that I better do something with them . After makingwild violet soapandwild violet syrup , making godforsaken reddish blue - instill vinegar seemed like the next best option .
It ’s gentle to make , has a beautiful violet color , and taste wonderful . It also has some medicinal uses !

Wild Violet Infused Vinegar Recipe
Fill your jar about midway full with purplish flowers , then cover them with a high quality white vinegar .
